If the event is cancelled or your ticket is refused for a reason outside your control, we review the case and protect you from an unfair refund.
Dispute resolution
Any disagreement between seller and buyer goes to the resolution team; money is neither released nor refunded until both sides are heard.
If the buyer does not show
Attendance is the buyer's responsibility after delivery. Deliver a valid ticket on time and your money is safe.
